  • How will you step in if the tenant is not paying rent on time?

    Our Relationship Managers will assist in reminding the tenant if the rent has not been paid on the due date.

  • Will you be able to help with the upkeep of my property while it is being tenanted?

    As required under the Tenancy Agreement, the upkeep of the property is the responsibility of the tenant during the tenancy period.

  • Do I need to pay agent fees again upon renewal of the lease agreement?

    Agent fees are payable upon renewal if it is the same tenant that the we have secured.

  • Can I rent out my house on a short-term basis (eg. three months)?

    The minimum legal rental period for HDB flats is six months and three months for private properties.

  • If I decide to sell my flat, can I sell it with tenancy?

    HDB policy prohibits the sale of flats with existing tenancy agreements because the new owner is obligated to fulfill a Minimum Occupation Period (MOP) of five years. During this period, the new owner is not allowed to rent out the entire unit. However, this policy does not apply to condos and other private residential properties, where it is common for such properties to be sold with existing tenancy agreements.
